Description of the Project - Overall <br /> The north phase of Eisinger Meadows received Preliminary Plat approval on July 25, 2016 by <br /> Resolution 6655 for 27 single-family units. Our previous proposal for concept review of the <br /> south phase(Outlot C)failed to reach an agreement for clean-up funding. We would like to <br /> propose a new development to replace the 27 single-family units with an Apartment/Sr. <br /> Living building, outdoor/indoor recreational areas,trails, and parking in Outlot B(see Concept <br /> Sketch Plan for examples).
