Bonnett and Allison B. Bonnett with regard to the above referenced <br /> application. This letter will constitute the required narrative description of the proposed request. <br /> Narrative <br /> Theodore and Allison Bonnett own 40 Smith Avenue and 45 Smith Avenue in the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota(collectively the "Properties"). In discussions with the City,the property owners have <br /> determined that it would be advantageous to future use and redevelopment of the property to <br /> request the vacation of that portion of Smith Avenue lying between the Properties. The legal <br /> description and the location of the proposed vacation are provided in the attached existing <br /> conditions survey prepared by Advanced Surveying & Engineering on behalf of the property <br /> owners. <br /> In addition to the above narrative, we enclosed the following materials: <br /> 1. Survey; and <br /> 2. Mailing list, labels and area map. <br /> Please note that Mr. Bonnett dropped his check for fees and escrow at the City with Melanie <br /> Curtis in the amount of$975 on Tuesday, August 27tH <br /> Thank you for your direction regarding this application.
