These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and all permit conditions have been met staff will <br /> issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been <br /> issued. The approval expires one year from the date of this letter.
