As mentioned, a MCWD erosion control permit is n eded for land disturbance of 5,000 sf and/or 50 cu yrds of excavation/fill. Based on the pool dimensioris of 45'x20'the rule will be triggered if the pool is 1.5' or greater in depth (45'*20'*1.5' = 1350 cu ft/ 7-= 50 cu yrds). I have attached the permit application cover sheet,lsupplemental form,and associated checklist. From the materials I have on file,your site plans sh w the location of the silt fence. Additional information needed on the site plan for your proje t is listed below: • location of proposed stockpile if applicable • identification of construction entrance • identification of trees to be removed or pr tected with fencing • completed supplemental form identifying who is responsible for maintain the erosion control and final stabilization methods • location of concrete washout if onsite, otherwise indicated location on supplemental form The additional items can be hand drawn on the site plan and do not need to be surveyed in. I have attached an example of what this may look like. There is a $10 application fee for the permit, if you would like to pay the fee over the phone via credit card, please call the front desk at 952-471-0590 and reference the address(they don't let me handle th money). As I mentioned to Aaron,the "pool guy" would not necessarily need to apply for the permit The permit is associated with the property, therefore, either Jennifer or a representative on he behalf would need to apply. Jennifer,you will need to be the one to sign the application as the propert owner.
