The concrete pad is shown 5'from the wetland buffer and City Code 78-1605 requires a <br /> 10' setback. Before the engineer reviews the as-built survey the concrete pad must be altered to meet the require 10' <br /> setback. Please submit an after-the fact Zoning Permit application to permit the construction of the concrete pad per <br /> City Code 78-967(b) and retaining wall. A copy of the Zoning Permit is attached.
