Each of the two existing parcels will, after the lot line <br /> rearrangement, meet the requirements of the Zoning Chapter as to area, width, and setbacks to <br /> existing features. Adequate sites for on-site sewage treatment systems have been identified within <br /> the 2-acre developed parcel. No non-conformities are created, and no variances are required for <br /> continued use of either parcel. <br /> Therefore,this letter shall serve as certification per Minnesota Statutes 462.358, Subd. 3(b)that the <br /> subdivision regulations of the City of Orono do not apply to your proposed lot line rearrangement, <br /> as shown on the certificate of survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Gronberg & Associates, Inc. dated <br /> 6/11/01 revised 7/10/01. You may proceed to file the lot line rearrangement documents with <br /> Hennepin County.
