I had no intent nor will I have in the <br /> future of renting it as a separate unit from the rest of the house. <br /> I have talked to my friend and she will be ready to move within thirty days, <br /> however, due to house rental timing it may be difficult for her to find adequate lodging by <br /> November 10. I wondered if a deadline of December first would not be more fair in order <br /> to give her time to find an appropriate home.
