t - <br /> -,cLOAtp CITY O6F 6O9RONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 1E- <br /> ti� A, NO. <br /> G <br /> IlKESHG°' <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLAT LEACH <br /> ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> LOCATED AT 2525,2535,AND 2545 SHADYWOOD ROAD, IN THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> FILE#16-3881 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 412.851 the Orono Planning Commission has <br /> conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted notice and mailed notice to the <br /> abutting property owners to consider the vacation of drainage and utility easements recorded with the <br /> Hennepin County Recorder as part of the Plat Leach Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS, the subject property will be re-platted as Shadywood Villas, and new drainage and <br /> utility easements will be provided at the new lot lines. The drainage and utility and flowage and <br /> conservation easements depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto are no longer needed for public purpose. <br /> WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed vacation, the Council has <br /> determined that it is in the public interest to vacate the Easements as it affects the Subject Property. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono: <br /> 1. That portion of the described Conservation Flowage Easement and Drainage and Utility Easement <br /> as it affects the Subject Property is hereby vacated. <br /> 2.
