The City files indicate <br /> a Hennepin County access permit was issued to Otten Brothers in 1985. <br /> You should check with Hennepin County to make sure this remains in <br /> effect. <br /> You are also advised that because the existing driveway is very <br /> near a designated wetland, a conditional use permit may be required <br /> for any major upgrading or widening (fill , excavation) of that <br /> driveway. <br /> Please contact me or Jeanne A.
