Walls 4'or greater in height must be designed by a licensed
professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit.
2. The alternate septic site appears to be depicted in the same location as the exiting septic site. Also the grading plan
shows grading in the septic site which would invalidate it as a site.
3. The drainage plan appears fine but special care will need to be taken to ensure that a swale is maintained along the
east of the property to ensure drainage is not directed onto the neighboring property.
4.Grading work on the far northeast corner of the property is depicted outside of the silt fence and in the City ROW.
Erosion control measures must be planned and executed. Further the proposed work must not impede a_ny ditching
within the ROW.
6. The silt fence should be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities. The Contractor
must provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection.
NOTE:The proposed work is located on a section of Watertown Road that is scheduled for reconstruction this(2015)
summer. The contractor will want to maintain close coordination with City to ensure neither project interferes with the
other.
WRT#2—I recommend you have our septic Inspector review the plans.
Adam
