If the existing septic site <br /> is protected (grade remains unchanged)and the swale is dug as depicted it would create a 4 foot bluff at the southwest <br /> corner of the existing septic site. We will not approve this plan as proposed;the swale should be redesigned. <br /> It appears there is newly proposed grading over the existing driveway location.
