Certificate of Survey. <br /> ✓ Our surveyor has revised their survey to meet the City's requirements you attached to your <br /> letter. <br /> a) The survey is correct that all retaining walls will be 4' or less. The front elevation of the building <br /> plan is showing a tentative retaining wall but the elevations on the civil/survey plan is accurate <br /> and no retaining wall will be over 4' high. <br /> b) Our septic designer(Rusty Olson) did contact the City to review his design before our <br /> submission and his understanding was the secondary site could be placed in this location. If <br /> your engineer has any questions please have them contact Rusty— his phone number is (612) <br /> 296-7715. <br /> c) Our excavator will make sure to match the grading plan during the final grade. <br /> d) Our surveyor has verified and added the existing deck for the pool. <br /> e) Our surveyor has revised the survey per your notes. <br /> f) The silt fence will be inspected before we start work. <br /> g) We will work with the City to ensure neither project interferes w/the other. <br /> 2. Structural Coverage. <br /> ✓ Our surveyor has completed this and is attached to our resubmission package attached. <br /> 3. Escrow& Escrow Agreement. <br /> ✓ I have attached to this letter the signed/executed escrow agreement and $2,500 escrow. <br /> *Final Note: The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has our application and is in the process of reviewing <br /> our application. We received the initial notes from Lora and responded to her requests.
