gt, °k. <br /> (( �- CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> \l9 ESH0.1: NO. e3 5 7 J -4 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A METES AND BOUNDS <br /> SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 575 OXFORD ROAD AND 565 LEAF STREET <br /> FILE NO. 2021 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br /> within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by James W. Bruce of James Bruce Homes and James T. Hale <br /> (hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Klitzke Addition and <br /> Lot 6, Block 1, Stielows Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> `WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br /> James T. Hale and James W. Bruce as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Theodore D. <br /> Kemna, a registered land surveyor of Schoen & Madson, Inc., dated April 24, 1995, and <br /> attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council, the owner of Lot 6, Block <br /> 1, Stielows Addition must apply to the City for legal combination for tax <br /> purposes with Parcel B as described in that same survey. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
