Box 66 <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br /> ATTENTION: Ms. Jeanne Mabusth <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: SPRING HILL CENTER COMPLEX <br /> Orono, MN <br /> - Conditional Use Permit <br /> Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br /> As per the terms of the Conditional Use Permit, Resolution No. 2956, adopted April 22, <br /> 1991, granted to the Spring Hill Land Company Limited Partnership by the City of Orono <br /> and by the Partnership's letter to the City dated April 22, 1991, please accept the following <br /> as Spring Hill's fourth annual report: <br /> 1) The Spring Hill Center Complex continues to operate as a Conference Center <br /> contracting with organizations as required by your ordinance for conferences, <br /> retreats and educational purposes only. <br /> 2) The regular lessess of the facility during 1994 were as follows: <br /> a) Freshwater Foundation <br /> b) Woodridge Church <br /> 3) Woodridge Church conducted regular religious services on the premises on <br /> Sundays and used the premises for other church related activities during certain <br /> other days of the week. <br /> 4) Freshwater Foundation operated its offices on the site regularly during 1994 and <br /> sponsored occasional events. <br /> 5) Other activities included conferences, retreats or educational seminars for Dorsey <br /> &Whitney, Mn.
