CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda completed the flagging of the wetland boundaries on 10/06/2014 and David Remucal <br /> collected sample data on 10/09/2014. This delineation was performed according to the procedures <br /> described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 <br /> Midwest Region Supplement Wetland Delineation Manual. The delineation meets the standards and a <br /> criterion described in these manuals and conforms to the applicable standards and regulations in force <br /> at the time the delineation was completed. <br /> Report and graphics were prepared by David Remucal(Wetland Ecologist) on this day 10/21/14.
