Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval for a 2019 Commercial Kennel License. <br />Currently the applicant's business DogHaven is under construction and anticipates opening its doors <br />in early September. The applicant has requested their Commercial Kennel License be approved <br />subject to approval of the Certificate of Occupancy; which is anticipated to be completed prior to the <br />next scheduled regular City Council meeting. <br />2019 NEW COMMERCIAL KENNEL LICENSE — APPLICANT <br />• DogHaven, LLC <br />Ryan Hasse <br />3800 Shoreline Drive <br />2. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval of the 2019 Commercial Kennel License <br />application subject to approval of the Certificate of Occupancy.
