AGENDA ITEM <br />3. Recommendation. Staff recommends City Council either approve or deny the request for <br />extension of the Solicitor's License for Aptive Environmental. <br />If the City Council at its sole discretion were to approve an extension, staff recommends Aptive <br />to re -submit applications, fees, and perform a background investigation for each applicant prior to <br />issuance. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Select one of two motions below: <br />• Motion to approve an extension of 10 days of the Solicitor's license for Aptive <br />Environmental upon re -submission of the applications, fees, and completion of background <br />investigations for each applicant prior to issuance. <br />• Motion to deny an extension of the Solicitor's License for Aptive Environmental. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
