Final engineering must be approved by the Minnesota <br />State DNR, as the service line will be under the lake bed. <br />Staff recommends that an agreement with the City of Mound be formally adopted prior to the <br />amendment taking effect. <br />Public Comments <br />To date, no public comments have been received. <br />Issues for Consideration <br />1.
