AGENDA ITEM <br />Item No.: <br />Date: June 10, 2019 <br />Item Description: Appointment of 2019 Seasonal Employees <br />Presenter: Jason Goehring Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Parks and Golf Course Supervisor Section: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of seasonal employees. <br />2. Background. The hourly pay is proposed to be $12.00-14.00 for the Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Attendants and Brush Site Attendants; $12-$16 for Parks and Golf Course Maintenance <br />Employees, and $10-$16 for Utilities Maintenance Workers; and a pay range of $15.00-$20.00 <br />for the Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse Manager will be enrolled in the coordinated PERA <br />plan. All other seasonal employees will fall under the 6 month PERA Classification and are <br />therefore excluded from PERA membership. <br />3. Seasonal Employee Appointments and Candidates. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
