The average lakeshore setback line shown on the preliminary plat shall be <br /> the line used to define the average lakeshore setback for all 3 lots. <br /> 7. If the existing mound on lots 1 and 3 is proposed to remain in use during <br /> the interim period, a temporary easement, expiring at the time of site <br /> grading for proposed lot 1, may be permitted but only by approval of the <br /> City. <br /> 8. The subdivider shall implement all currently provided or forthcoming <br /> recommendations of the City Engineer regarding grading, drainage, <br /> stormwater management and site improvemens. <br /> 9. The developer shall comply with all requirements of the Minnehaha Creek <br /> • Watershed District. <br /> 10. Drawings to include: <br /> a. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark Gronberg of <br /> . Gronberg&Associates, Inc., dated March 1, 2004 and revised 4-12-04 <br /> and 4-14-04. <br /> b.
