RR1-A requires 5 acres and a 100 foot front yard setback. <br /> The subject property includes an existing farm house that is be remodeled that sits entirely <br /> within the required front yard. According to Hennepin County the home was built in 1940s. The <br /> applicants are proposing to enclose the existing deck on the back side of the home as a screened <br /> in porch and add a landing for a back door from the home.
