The following concerns were communicated to me: <br /> I. Because of the location of the septic system in relation to Stubbs Creek a <br /> certification is required <br /> This should be completed by the end of the week. <br /> 2. The septic would need to be enlarged because another bedroom is being <br /> added. <br /> One existing bedroom is being turned into a workout room by removing the <br /> closet and closing one door and window. No additional bedrooms are being <br /> added. See attachment <br /> 3. An additional kitchen cannot be added without a variance. <br /> The kitchen was not a definite part of the addition. It is not necessary and will <br /> not be built. <br />
