I have some information regarding the city's private road standards (below). As you <br /> progress with your plans please reach out so we can sit down and discuss them in greater detail to keep you on the right <br /> track. <br /> Roads—see section 82-281(d) both private and public roads have a 3 unit(home)threshold. <br /> Two homes can share a private driveway, the addition of a 3rd, 4"', + etc triggers the need for the creation of a private <br /> road in an outlot. The private road dimensional requirement is a 24 foot paved width and a cul-de-sac 80 feet in paved <br /> width.
