MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> QUALITY OF WATER QUALITY OF LIFE <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Anthon Ellis,Charlie&Co Design <br /> FROM: Grace Barlow,Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br /> DATE: July 9th,2019 <br /> RE: MCWD Permit#19-300, Stockpile Clarification <br /> This memo is to clarify and approve that Charlie and Co Design have reached out to MCWD in regards to <br /> stockpiling excavated dirt at their 855 Old Crystal Bay Rd S project site in Orono. Charlie and Co Design <br /> plan on storing the dirt on site for two months before removing it-this was not initially outlined in permit <br /> #19-300. They have clarified with the District that perimeter erosion control will be installed around the <br /> stockpile and that it will be stabilized with erosion control blankets. This adheres to the District's Erosion <br /> Control rules. <br />
