It being further agreed that in 'oase of a break in <br /> said pipes requiring repairs or replacements, the party or parties on whose <br /> property the break occurs shall pay the oust of the repairs or replace- <br /> ments, and' in oase the party or parties concerned do not take care of <br /> said pepaire or replaoements promptly in order to prevent further damage <br /> or interruption in,the flow of the water, either party or parties may make <br /> the repairs or.replacements and said repairs or'replacements shall be <br /> a lien on the •property involved.
