I looks like there is an easement for water service between the properties that is contained in the two warranty <br /> deeds listed. I obtained a copy of one of the deeds (attached) and it is dated 1/16/1956. The deed indicates"an <br /> easement for water for domestic purposes as set forth in Contract for Deed Document No. 2818702 . . ." <br /> I can order an ONE if you would like.
