It has not been delineated but upon visual inspection the <br /> extent of the wetland is nestled into the trees extending slightly beyond where some cattails are appearing. The <br /> landscaping project Chris is talking about was submitted to us but after having a conversation with him we laid out an <br /> extent to where fill could be laid down so it was well away from the wetland. This area being on the northeast side of <br /> the property toward the drive way starting about forty-five feet from the road edge and moving towards the <br /> house. Chris Baker from Artistic Landscapes said he has spoken with you and <br /> states the MCWD has determined there is no wetland on the north side of the property.
