There is a 5 foot setback requirement from the property line. <br /> • The principle structure is required to have a 7' setback from the porperty lines. The garage is shown to have a 6.5 <br /> setback in the northeast corner, please revise. <br /> • Please provide a permit from the MCWD for this project or documentation from them. <br /> • The building plans show a walk out basement. Please provide information on the size of the patio for under the <br /> porch. <br /> • Landscape Plan. Please provide a landscape plan for the property or please clarify if your survey shows all of the <br /> hardscape improvements on the site and will be used as the landscape plan. <br /> • The porch in the rear of the home abuts an easement. This cannot encroach into the easement space.
