<br /> OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
<br /> THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this / )..., day of Sep-

<br /> its successors and assigns, (hereinafter collectively referred to
<br /> as the Grantor) and the City of Orono, its successors and assigns,
