f. t <br /> EXHIBIT E <br /> [DRAINTFIELD COVENANT] <br /> THIS RNMENTUU, is made as of the day of , bN <br /> ("Owners"). <br /> RECIT :: LS: <br /> NXTIEREAS, the Owners are the fee owners of the land leually described as (the "Lot"): <br /> Lot -' Block , CRYSTAL CREEK, according to the <br /> recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> WHERE-AS, the City of Orono, Minnesota ("City'=) has required the Owners to sign this <br /> Indenture acknowledging and creating certain covenants against the Lot: <br /> WHEREAS, the Lot has two sewage treatment sites that have been approved by the City. <br /> Tile City has determined that these two sites are the only two feasibl,; sites on the Lot, and must not <br /> be disturbed. As such, tite existing natural topsoil must remain in place and mast not be subject to <br /> Any traffic which Evill cause even the slightest compaction. <br /> NOW, THERFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which <br /> is hereby acknowledged, the Owners do intend to subject their Lot to the following covenants: <br /> 1.
