I would like to believe that the <br /> interests of the community affected are consistent with the interests of the City,'and, <br /> should the community be opposed to the imposition of the outlot, the City should <br /> conform its position to that of the community. <br /> When none of us wants a through street, and when none of us sees any benefit <br /> in a through street, I would hope that the City could see it within its power and <br /> discretion to avoid the through street. <br /> Charlie, I know you are sincere in your belief, and I know that you work hard <br /> for the City. My hope is that there is still some way that your sincerity and hard <br /> work and my own can coincide with respect to this issue.
