Greg&Cynthia Haugen have applied for wetland boundary&type confirmation for the <br /> wetlands located at 3020 Watertown Road in the City of Orono,Hennepin County,Minnesota. <br /> Legal description: Section 33,Township 118N,Range 23W. The boundary/type approval was <br /> requested on October 301h,2017. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Midwest Natural Resources,Inc. on October 25a, <br /> 2017. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on <br /> October 30`h,2017. Three wetlands were delineated on site. Wetland A was identified as a <br /> Type 7,Forested Swamp wetland. Wetland B was identified as a Type 2/3 &5,Fresh Wet <br /> Meadow/Shallow Marsh& Open Water wetland. Wetland C was identified as a Type 2, Fresh <br /> Wet Meadow wetland. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on November 13,2017.MCWD was in agreement with <br /> the boundary and types identified on site. <br /> MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as documented in the delineation report submitted <br /> on October 30",2017 and delineated in the field on October 251,2017.This decision is valid for five <br /> years.A future project located on this property may require a permit from the MCWD. <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 2 <br /> of 3 <br />
