Since that can take a while we will not <br /> hold up the permit for that part of the document. But we would like two copies of the <br /> document(without the mortgage page) back before we issue the permit. You should <br /> retain one copy for the mortgage company's reference. When the mortgage company has <br /> signed return all three copies of that page plus the third copy of the rest of the document <br /> to me. By mail is fine.
