Both property owners told me that they would have new <br /> mound septic systems put in no later than the end of the summer 2003. I have talked to them and <br /> the installer several times during the summer and they tell me that the system will be put in. The <br /> season is now over to install mounds for 2003 and I do not even have a permit issued for the <br /> mound and the mound is not put in yet. <br /> Action Requested: I would like you to send this individual a letter stating he has until June <br /> 15, 2004 to install a new mound. They must also get a septic contract set up, and approved by <br /> the city of Orono, with a septic pumper by December 15, 2003.
