Engineering plans for public and private roads must be approved by the City <br /> before any land alterations involving road improvements can begin. No building <br /> permits will be issued until all drainage facilities have been installed and <br /> approved, and a satisfactory road base completed. <br /> 4. Stormwater/detention ponds shall be constructed prior to commencement of any <br /> other land alterations. These ponds shall be re-excavated to design elevations <br /> after the project has been completed to ensure permitted sediment storage <br /> capacity. <br /> 5. The designated wetland within Lot 7, Block 4 must be staked and erosion control <br /> installed prior to the installation of a driveway to the site of the future residence. <br /> The future owner must obtain the required permit from the MCWD as it will be <br /> necessary to fill a protected mitigation area with the construction of the drive. <br /> 6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before November <br /> 23, 1994 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed <br /> copies of the easements, deeds and covenants noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the <br /> date specified above. In that event it will be necessary to file a new application with the City <br /> of Orono for subdivision review.
