There is exposed soil with no erosion control in place. The applicant will need to install erosion control (silt <br /> fence or stacked bio-rolls) until the vegetation has established itself. The main areas of concern are along <br /> Watertown Rd and the south and southeast portion of the property. <br /> 2. There are retaining walls North of the pool and SE of the stone patio which exceed 4' in height. By City Code, <br /> The applicant will need to have a registered professional engineer submit documentation the construction of <br /> the walls are acceptable. <br /> 3.
