• <br />CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3098 <br />d) The temporary accessory structure shall meet all <br />required setbacks of the RR -1B Zoning District and for <br />oversized accessory structures. <br />4. The City Council finds that granting a conditional use <br />permit to allow the temporary installation of a greenhouse <br />on the property will not be detrimental to the health, <br />safety or general welfare of the public, would not adversely <br />affect light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to <br />neighboring properties, nor will it depreciate surrounding <br />property values and that the proposed level of use of the <br />property will be in keeping with the intent and objectives <br />of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br />5. The City Council has considered this application including <br />the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, <br />reports by staff and comments of the applicant and the <br />effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare <br />of the community: <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br />Council hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning <br />Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3A to permit the temporary use of <br />a 14x100' greenhouse at a maximum height of 10' on the property <br />located at 2645 Watertown Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The temporary greenhouse shall be installed on the property <br />from March 15th through July 15th. When not in use, the <br />structure shall be taken down and stored in a secluded <br />wooded area of the property. <br />2. The temporary use of the property is approved based on the <br />site plan included as page 6 of this resolution. Any <br />intensification in use shall require submission of a new <br />conditional use permit by applicant and owner. <br />is Page 2 of 6 <br />
