The applicant shall fence off all drainfield sites prior to construction of roadway <br /> and drainage improvements. Fencing shall be maintained in place until lots are <br /> developed. <br /> 2. Prior to the installation of private roadway and drainage improvements, the <br /> applicant must post a Letter of Credit and receive final approval from the City <br /> Engineer of road and grading plans. <br /> 3. The subdivider is placed on notice that building permits will not be issued until <br /> all drainage improvements have been installed and approved gravel road base has <br /> been installed and approved by the Ciry Engineer. <br /> • 4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before October 11, <br /> 1994 together with a certifed original copy of this resolution and executed copies <br /> of the easements and covenants noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the <br /> date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City <br /> of rono for subdivision review.
