I received the notice of hearing by the planning commission. <br /> Has the planning commission looked at this project? The boulders are already all along the <br /> shoreline and tons and tons of dirt have been moved. Why even schedule a hearing when <br /> they have already begun the project? <br /> I am totally against granting any more permits to this project. They have totally torn up <br /> and destroyed any animal habitat; our roads are a mess with cracked blacktop; the truck <br /> traffic has made living on Kelly Avenue like living in a construction zone. The habitat can <br /> never be restored. Who is responsible to fixing the roads? And why is this headed as <br /> Paul Vogstrom o/b/o Eric Vogstrom <br /> when it is the Dunkely property. Are we supposed to be fooled? <br /> How many permits have been requested; denied; then taken to a different authority to get <br /> around restrictions? How many permits have been requested; denied; but work proceeded <br /> anyway. How many fines have been issued for actions taken that are not permitted? <br /> Is this another case of he who has all the money get what they want? <br /> I am unable to attend the meeting, but I did want to express my opinion, tho I fear, like all <br /> the other times, it will be ignored. <br /> Catherine Meagher <br />
