Uphoff and Lucy S. Uphoff, husband and wife, <br /> (hereinafter "the Owners") are the are the o���ners of tl�e property located on the west side of <br /> the inlet to Walters Port Cove within the City and lebally described as Outlot 4, Walters Port <br /> Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, Vogue ICF Homes, Inc. has made application on behalf of the . <br /> Owners to the City for a conditional use pernlit to repair the e�isting seawall along either side <br /> of the inlet to Walters Port Cove; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Mirulesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public l�earin� on November 19, 2007, at v,�hich time all persons desirin� <br /> to be heard concei-ning this application were �iven the opportunity to speak tl�ereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE �E IT RESOL�rED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Miru�esota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l.
