City of ORONO <br /> CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF <br /> NO. 1284 <br /> ORONO <br /> e City has required the upgrading of the access road <br /> meeting all current private road standards for a plat <br /> of eight residential lots, any future resubdivision of <br /> Outlots A and B, Wakefield Farms Second Addition or <br /> OutlotC, Wakefield Farms, may require the paving <br /> of the existing road in addition to an extension or re- <br /> location of said road. <br /> 2) Outlot D and Outlot E shall be legally combined for tax <br /> purposes with Lot 2 , Block 1, Wakefield Farms, <br /> which together shall be thereafter considered as one <br /> building site. <br /> 3) All conditions of Resolution No. 1229 approving the <br /> original plat of Wakefield Farms which applied to the <br /> property now redivided as Wakefield Farms Second Addition <br /> shall continue in effect including the recorded flowage <br /> and conservation easement over the wetlands areas on <br /> Outlot A, Outlot D, Outlot E and Lot 6, Block 1, Wakefield <br /> Farms Second Addition. <br /> 4) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Recorder ' s Office together <br /> with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> executed copies of Exhibits A and B as noted above. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council this day of <br /> C% <br /> 19�. <br /> William B. a Nest, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Alberta Strom, City Clerk <br />
