She noted it is surrounded on 3 <br /> sides by a city park. It conforms to lot area. The applicant has requested a side yard variance to add <br /> a larger bedroom. The current bedroom is 10'x10', and the applicant would like to take the smaller <br /> bedroom and change it into walk-in closet and extend the existing bedroom to 10'x15'. <br /> Staff recommendation is to approve side yard variance as there is no impact on adjacent property. <br /> Applicant has no comments. <br /> Smith moved, Hawn seconded to recommend approval of#2367.
