41) ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> MINUTES FOR MAY 18, 1998 <br /> (#18) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS ON APRIL 27, 1998 AND MAY 11, 1998 <br /> McMillan attended the April 27, 1998 City Council meeting at which the Council approved a shed <br /> for Len Busch. <br /> Lindquist attended the May 11, 1998 City Council meeting which discussed Bay Furniture, and <br /> Town Line Road. <br /> (#19) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION. <br /> None. <br /> (#20) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR APRIL 20, 1998 <br /> McMillan asked to amend the minutes on page 2 to reflect she abstained from the Woodhill Country <br /> Club vote. Lindquist moved, and Hawn seconded to approved the Minutes of the Planning <br /> Commission Meeting of April 20, 1998 as amended. Vote: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> • (#21)SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON MAY <br /> 26, 1998 AND JUNE 8, 1998 <br /> May 26 - Hawn June 8 - Smith. <br /> Lindquist requested the vice chairman's seat be rearranged to be next to Chair Smith's. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Lindquist moved, Smith seconded, to adjourn at 11:22.
