Vote: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />( #24) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS OF JUNE 23, 1997 AND JULY 14, 1997 <br />It was noted that the Council was concerned with approval of the Rahn application due to the <br />structure location in the 0 -75' lakeshore setback but approved the resolution with a 3/2 vote as <br />the remaining portion of the property is in the flood plain. <br />• Gaffron indicated that the Council asked the developer of the property on Saga Hill, Jim Waters, <br />to reconsider plans noting they were not in favor of changing the zoning or serving the entire area <br />with sewer. <br />• <br />( #25) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />No other issues were discussed. <br />( #26) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE JUNE 16,1997 <br />MEETING <br />Hawn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting <br />of June 16, 1997.
