• <br />MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 18, 1997 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />( #10) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES <br />ATTENDING COUNCIL MEETINGS OF JANUARY 21,1997 AND FEBRUARY <br />10, 1997 <br />McMillan reported that the Council discussed the EAW document for the Spring Hill Golf <br />Club. She also indicated the application for improvements at Rick's Super Valu was <br />approved with the notation that the property has reached its maximum capacity. <br />( #11) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />McMillan suggested meeting with the Park Commission regarding the Saga Hill access <br />issue. Lindquist directed Staff to add this issue to the April agenda of the Planning <br />Commission to allow time for further Staff review and Commissioners to view the <br />location. <br />The Planning Commissioners were reminded of the Council Work Session regarding the <br />Spring Hill Golf Club EAW Document on Thursday, February 20. McMillan and <br />Lindquist will attend. <br />40 (#12) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE <br />JANUARY 13, 1997 MEETING <br />• <br />Hawn moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Planning Commission <br />Meeting of January 13, 1997.
