Lindquist said it was his opinion that this was all the land could handle. He said he sees the proposal as a reasonable use of the property. <br />Hawn said she saw the proposal and issues as very troubling. Hawn noted that the <br />nronerty wa.s in the 2 acre zoning and was only 1 i4 size of the ren uirement She noted the <br />fragility of the area with the bluff and the one septic site.
