He pointed out that Orono Municipal Code 30.0409 <br />Subd o l requires thit no building may be erected in this or other <br />commercial zone except for commercial purposes. It was moved by <br />Boldon. seconded by Wolfe9that the Crystal Bay commercial area on <br />the east side of the Great Northern tracks be rezoned resideAtialo <br />Motion carried, <br />BRUCE KELL:LY- ` HORPE SUBDIVISION <br />Discussed 4ore the recommendations of the Planning Commission <br />concerning this subdivision as recorded in the minutes of the <br />meeting of NOV-3,1962. in the matter of cul -de -sacs the Commission <br />voiced opposition to the arrangement. It was also suggested that <br />NO. Kelley masse some rearrangement of certain lots bordering the <br />low area on the south end of the tract, It was further mentioned <br />that it would be necessary to correlate plans with all parties <br />owning pircels of property w1thin the prop000d subdivision, <br />NA VARRE STUDY <br />The Chair read correspondance and an outline of the proposed <br />work to be dome by the Midwest Planning and Research firma Boldon <br />moved reco!nmending acceptance of the terms set forth by the firm. <br />The motion was seconded by Curry and carried unanimously, <br />It was suggested that the County Hig'may Dept° be informed <br />of our pl ens 9 sizace they might have " a bearing on changes which <br />that dc=tmont plans for saws -t spring, <br />
