The following were present; .i).J.Cleveland, JM.A.Curry, 11. S. Rice gti +.:f.,+olfe D.J.Boll and K.Turnham.Absenta 11.T:.. Boldon, ,rm. T .Kiills and A. C .Bagley. SUBDIVISION o S.A.Feldman* '9,9 1.1r.Carl T; :adson,reprosenting S.A.Feldman,subiaitted a re- quest for recommendations re the subdivision of the S.A.Feldman property on County Rd.15 (Govt.Lot 2,Sect.10 and Govt.Lot 29 Sect.11,T.117,R.23). It is proposed to divide the property into two parcels of 12 acres and 5 acres,vrith a lake access corridor 30 feet wide on the 5 acre parcel. After considerable discussion of this corridor Curry moved to recommend preliminary approval of the plan. The motion aas seconded by Wolfe and carried. BUILDING S:IT3 — PBL3IN— PET_,ASON Jr- 50 Mr. Leighton Lindlan,representing L.Felein and B.Yeterson, requested recommendations re the combining of Lots 8.9 and 10, Block 10,Saga Hill Revised into one building site. Cleveland moved recoLmending approval subject to inspection and approval of K. Turnham. Village Inspector. The motion was seconded by +olfe and carried.
