Monroe for subdivision of his property, � <br />as referred to the PTa ning Commission by,the Village Council in ,�K <br />their meeting of June 10th, was tabled pending submision of plans <br />and site examination form, <br />Lewis Cox Subdivision was brought to the attention of the <br />CorlmiTsio an preliminary flans were studied. In view of the <br />possible widening of Orono #87 as an access road to new U.S.12, <br />lots fronting on this road may require adjustments to provide <br />for condemnation of portions of them. <br />It was suggested that Prir.Cox attend a Commission meeting <br />to discuss proper development of his property located east of <br />Orono 87 and south of County #6. <br />It was proposed by Curry,and was the concensus of the <br />Commission,that more members volunteer for inspection of sites <br />and that other days,as well as Saturdays, be utilized,especially <br />during the summer months. <br />0. C. Fields: K.Turnham brought <br />nary request of 0. C. Fields for two <br />on his property which consists of pa <br />Coffee's Addn. to Shadywood. This led to a lengthy dis- <br />cussion of dock problems in general in the Village. <br />D. J. Boll reported on the status of the Navarre studyt <br />and explained illustrations exhibited in the VUTage Ha 1. It <br />was apparent that the study had now reached the "Development <br />Plan" stage whereat it was essential that the Planning Commis- <br />sion recommend adjustments to Village Ordinances required to <br />implement the plan. <br />Boldon moved the acceptance of the plan as illustrated on <br />the CBD sketch as a guide for the future development of Navarre. <br />Curry seconded the motion and it was carried. <br />Chairman Russell fixed the date of TuesdaymJuly 9,1963 at <br />7 :30 P.M. for a special "one item agenda" meeting of the Commis- <br />sion to consider changes in zoning Ordinances. It was urged that <br />all members of the Commission be present for this important <br />meeting. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10 :30 P.M. <br />S. B. Belt,Sec. <br />
