;r <br />MINUTES OF A REGUL[' R MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION, VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />OCTOBER 109 1964 <br />Acting Chairman Wm. A. Curry called the meeting to order at <br />8;00 P,M. The following regular members were present: Wm. A. <br />Curry and H. S. Rice; ex- officio members: Ken Turnham and Wm."T. <br />Mills. Mr. Mills arrived late due to his attendance at a special <br />council meeting. <br />REZONING - STUBBS BAY RESORT <br />Mr. and Mrs. Keiran of Stubbs Bay Resort appeared in regard to a <br />rezoning or classification status for their property. It was <br />suggested to them that they make such an application to Village <br />Council. They stated that they have an estimated value of at <br />least $36,000 in their enterprise. <br />LAND DIVISION - HERMAN E. OLSON <br />Herman E. Olson requested permission to divide his property into <br />three sites. (Curry, Rice and Turnham viewed, and recommend <br />approval.) <br />DIVISION - BOHNS POINT <br />Bruce Kelly appeared for the Bohns Point Improvement Association <br />for. division of Lydiards Park, Lots 3, 4 and 5. Plot approved <br />subject to a utility easement of 251 width along the lot line of <br />4 and 5 south of the culdesac. <br />BUILDING PERMIT - G & S CABINETS <br />Brandenburg & Son, builders, requested a building permit for G & S <br />Cabinet'Shop on Lot 13, Block 7, Navarre Heights, waiving the side <br />lot requirements. Commission recommends that a common wall be <br />permitted between Lots 13 and 14, and also that in like conditions <br />may be permitted by ordinance. <br />BUILDING PERMIT - VARIANCE <br />Robert Bernen requested a variance of lot line requirements for <br />an addition to their home at Cherry and Minnie Avenues. Commission <br />recommends granting of their request, allowing a two foot addition <br />to the west side of their home. <br />Their being no further business the meeting was adjourned. <br />Ken Turnham, Secretary Pro -Tem <br />
